Refund & Returns Policy

Website checkout on Chinesecactus is used to submit an intent order. We do not collect payment on the website at checkout.

Before payment confirmation

Because the website order is only an inquiry request, you may simply tell us on WhatsApp that you do not want to continue. If no shipment and no offline payment have been confirmed, there is nothing to refund.

After manual order confirmation

If we later confirm stock, freight, and shipping terms with you on WhatsApp and you complete an offline payment arrangement, any refund or replacement discussion will depend on the specific agreement confirmed in that conversation.

No routine returns for live plants

Live plants are perishable goods. Once a shipment has been manually confirmed, packed, and dispatched, routine returns are generally not accepted unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.

Claims after shipment

If a manually confirmed shipment arrives with serious transit damage or an obvious dispatch error, contact us promptly with your order reference, photos, and the WhatsApp conversation record so we can review the case.
